About Us

RCI Engineering Services Pty Ltd (RCI) is an Australian company established in 2004 to provide services for the contracting of skilled tradespeople in the domestic and international construction, engineering and mining industry markets. RCI specialises in welding ferrous and non ferrous metals, general fabrication, and general machining and fitting. It offers welding, fabrication, fitting and assembly both within its workshop and on the customer’s site. RCI has a vast of skilled tradespeople for contractual placement and makes it sure that the assigned contractor is suited to the individual needs of its client.

On 25 March 2008, RCI acquired the Pump Force Repairs and General Engineering which has full workshop facilities. This workshop specialises in precision fitting, turning and machining with mission of providing a whole package of services such as fabrication, repair, maintenance, machining, fitting, turning and specialised welding.

RCI was formed by husband and wife team, Raymundo and Yolanda Igasan.

Raymundo Dela Cruz Igasan - Managing Director

Is a time served boilermaker welder, has taken Business Administration, Tertiary Education and Technical Drawing in Northland Polytechnic College in Whangarei, New Zealand. His first business was established in 1994, Northland Maintenance in New Zealand where he was able to get contract in ship building, pipeline and maintenance work for major companies. In 1998 he secured a contract with John Holland to supply manpower for HBI project in Port Headland. He has a vast 38 years of knowledge and experience in construction & engineering, domestically and globally, having spent many years of hands-on in the industry.

Yolanda Lambrento Igasan - Business Manager

Finished her Post Graduate Diploma in Business (Information Systems) at Curtin University of Technology. She finished her Master in Business Management in the Philippines. She has 12 years of experience as department head of Infrastructure Computer Center (ICC). She managed the activities of ICC that includes systems analysis, computer programming and other computer operation activities such as procurement of hardware and software. As department head, she was responsible in the development of application systems for the department using PowerBuilder and Sybase. She was a core team member of the Roadway Information Management and Support System (RIMSS) that utilised the Business Process Reengineering approach to analyse the “how” DPWH existing road management processes are performed.
