General Machining & Fitting
The General Machining & Fitting facility offers a vast range of services from repairs and maintenance to one-off awkward jobs. Its services include alteration of flanges to pipe work fittings, hydraulic fittings, cylinders and rams, machining of pump casings and overhauling of split casings. It is involved in creating custom or standard parts such as bolts, shafts, pins and bushes and others.
In addition, RCI offers fitting and assembly services both within its workshop and on the customer's site. These include inspection; dismantling; refurbishment and reassembly of pumps, gearboxes, bearing housings and others. RCI works together as a partner to its clients to minimize the down time.
